How do I contact customer service?

Where are Zena products made?

All of our products are made in the United States, using globally-sourced ingredients.

From where does Zena source its ingredients?

We source the USDA certified ingredients from all over the world, depending on harvest season in the different regions

Do you provide samples?

We do not currently provide individual samples. However, if you order directly from our website, we provide a 30-day guarantee. You can check out more here.

Shipping/Returns

What is the cost for shipping?
  • Standard shipping from our website is free. If you’d like, you can pay a little extra for expedited shipping. You’ll see that option available when you place your order.
How long will it take to process and ship my order?
  • Orders are sent to our distribution center right away, and shipped out as soon as possible. Orders are sent via USPS Standard mail or UPS Ground. Please allow up to a week for delivery, depending on weather or other factors that might affect delivery time.
Where do I find my order tracking number?

As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times. If you need help locating that information, reach out to Customer Service at hello@zenanutrition.com.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally, sorry! But, contact us at hello@zenanutrition.com to let us know where you’re located – we’d love to know where we can look to ship in the future!

An item in my order is damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry that happened, and we’re happy to help! Reach out to our Customer Service team at hello@zenanutrition.com to report the problem and we’ll work with you toward a solution.
