Returns 
Our industry-leading policy lasts 90 days. 

Unopened Products Purchased on ZenaNutrition.com

You can return unopened item(s) within 90 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition to be returned. We do ask that the customer covers the shipping cost back to us. We recommend using USPS or UPS, but that is at the customer's discretion and expense.

Opened Products Purchased on ZenaNutrition.com

You can return opened item(s) within 90 days of the delivery date for a 50% refund. All returning items must be less than 20% used to qualify for a refund. We do ask that the customer covers the shipping cost back to us. We recommend using USPS or UPS, but that is at the customer's discretion and expense.

To complete your return, you must contact us at hello@zenanutrition.com to notify us of your intent to return. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@zenanutrition.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@zenanutrition.com and send your item to:  14801 Sovereign Road, Fort Worth, TX, 76155.

Missed Deliveries

Zena Nutrition is not responsible for any costs incurred due to an inability to receive a package from a carrier and will not reship packages returned to us due to missed deliveries. Zena Nutrition is also not responsible if a package is lost by the carrier or stolen after delivery once the package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Zena Nutrition is also not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, as marked by the customer at checkout.
