Supergreen Gummies

I haven’t noticed a difference in how I feel but maybe I just haven’t taken them long enough. They taste pretty good. They have a bit of a gritty feeling to them that could be better but not bad! Love the packaging of them.

I’ve been taking these for a month now. I carry them in my bag which is convenient. They look like fruit snacks and taste yummy! You’d never know that you were getting a good amount of nutrients from these!

I was a little scared to try these, because of how many ingredients there are. But they actually taste fine! I mean they arent like candy sweet or anything but still good! I am vegetarian so I appreciate a gummy that doesn't have gelatin!! They are easy and fun to take everyday. Very easy way to get some fiber and veggies in your day!

The flavor is good if you like different berries. The amount that you get in the package is just right. They are easy to open the little bag that they come in. I took them for a few days straight then forgot the one day but started again the very next day

These gummies taste really good and are not chalky or hard. I like that they come in individual packs so I can put them in my lunch bag for work. They also don't have any aftertaste.

These vitamin gummies are very easy to incorporate into your diet. They have a pleasant flavor and texture, and don’t leave any noticeable vitamin aftertaste.

The sad desk lunch is a good reminder that you need to take better care of yourself. These Zena gummies live on my desk so I can remind myself to take them daily. Now, have I actually noticed these making any improvements to my well being? Beyond being a good reminder to stand up and move for a few minutes, not really. But the way I see it, if it encourages a healthy behavior, that's not a bad thing.

They're individually packaged which makes taking them super easy, which I appreciate. The flavor is meh, but it's far better than many other gummy supplements I've taken in the past, with no unpleasant aftertaste. There's a weird texture to them, so if you're sensitive to that these may not be great for you.

I haven't had any issues with these upsetting my stomach or bothering me otherwise, which is good. Overall, if you want to give them a try, I'd say go for it. They probably won't change your life, but they probably won't hurt you either.

These delicious organic super green Gummies not only taste good but also have 3 g of superfood 5 g of fiber and 70+ super foods in them. They are also zero sugar. They are the perfect way to start my morning and make sure my diet stays balanced. You get six Gummies per package and they’re easy on the go to take. I will definitely be purchasing again.

These gummies are very good i eat one pack a day. They are soft gummies as well i did notice i have more energy when i eat them. They do last about 20 days if you eat them once daily. They package is very easy to open and its very eye catching

These Supergreens Gummies by Zena Nutrition are pretty good! The packaging was easy to open and I love that they are in individual packages, which makes it easier to travel/take on the go! I wish the gummies had more variety in color because I think it would be more fun and appeal to the fact that they are mixed fruit flavor. The taste was pretty good, but not my favorite. I really like that they have pre AND probiotics which are something I’ve been trying to get more of in my diet. I’m not sure if I would get these again, but I thought they were pretty good for what they are!

While these were not my cup of tea flavor or texture wise, the benefits of them seemed to be good! Fiber content is pretty good which I like. They did spend a day out in the heat and they didn't melt. They are easy to take as they are a gummy so I like that, some pills can be difficult to swallow.

I have never been able to stand any supergreens supplement before. I’ve tried ready-to-drink supergreens drinks and powdered supergreens but they always made me gag. Zena’s supergreens gummies don’t! They taste great and are a nice chewy texture. The single serve packets are convenient since I can take them anywhere. Plus, they are perfect for all ages. I’ve been taking them for about 2 weeks now and I feel almost “lighter.” I feel more energetic and they help me with my fiber intake. Plus, they have zero sugar! They are like a healthy daily treat!

These are a nice “healthy” fruit snack alternative! They are kind of sticky gummy texture but I like that. The little packets are perfect to add to a lunch or throw in a backpack.

The Zena+ Organic Supergreens was a unique addition to my vitamin lineup. I like that they’re gummies as I oftentimes have trouble taking pills. I did, however, question why the need to take 5 at a time. The gummies assisted in my regularity and had an acceptable taste, but with a slight aftertaste. There was no smell to the gummies, which is welcome and they didn’t interfere with the taste of food afterwards. Overall, I can see them as an added addition to supplements.

I really like this gummies even though they have an after taste. They provide vitamins and nutrients and they are very easy to take everywhere. I will be buying this again

These are super convenient and easy to take. I’m not the biggest fan of the mixed berry flavor tbh, but I wouldn’t call it bad. Being organic and zero sugar is definitely a plus. Great option for getting in some extra greens.

These are really good! Finally a daily gummy that I enjoy eating. The to go pack makes it simpler to remember to grab a bag in the morning, and they don't get stuck together like the large tubs usually do. I keep it right by my coffee maker and wallet so I don't forget. I feel a difference when I forget to take them

I LOVE that this gives me some of the nutrients I’m missing in my diet since it can be hard to do so all the time. This has no sugar and seems to have some stevia in it, which I am not a fan of, but this is has a pretty delicious berry flavor despite that. It definitely feels like a treat instead of a supplement, although the first time or two of eating it it’s not really that great, so it does take a second to get used to if you’re expecting it to taste like a regular old sugar gummy. There are five in a pack that you take once a day and they are a pretty decent size and initially feel kind of hard but they soften up pretty easily once you start chewing. I’d definitely recommend you try these out if you need some more super foods in your diet.

I have a lot to say about these, because on one hand they don't taste bad for a "health supplement gummy" but I'm not entirely sure it's worth taking these specific ones.

They are basically expensive fiber chew with a small amount of super food powder sprinkled in. Most of the ingredients on the back are for fluff and there are no therapeutic doses of practically anything in these gummies. But the fiber is nice, and they don't taste horrible, so if that's what you're looking for then these are for you.. I just wish they didn't hype it up so much on the box. Even the "protein" they advertise, there has to be less than 1g per serving since it's not even listed in the nutritional panel.

So overall 3/5 stars from me, I wouldn't buy these again.

These are tasty little gummies. I love the convenience of having them portioned out in their own little packs. The consistency is a little softer than another brand I’ve used and I appreciate that. I sometimes have issues with textures and these didn’t bother me at all. I appreciate having all the nutrients they provide AND the pricing is great! Save yourself some money and give the Zena Gummies a try!

I love how it comes in individualized packets! I’m a teacher so it adds convenience. The flavor is yummy and I love the texture of the gummies. It did give me a little boost of energy. Did not prevent me from getting sick, but it does help with bowel movements. If you’re constipated, give these a try!

These Zena Nutrition Supergreens gummies are in a single serving package. Very easy to grab one on the go. They contain fiber, probiotics, and other vitamins. I found them a little hard to eat because there is a grittyness. The mixed berry flavor is fairly artificial tasting. After swallowed there is no lingering aftertaste. These are very good for you but not my favorite way to get probiotics.

Zena Nutrition Supergreens Gummies are perfect for on the go nutrition. I love that I don’t have to think about the dose it’s all packaged and figured out for me already. It’s perfect for days when I don’t have time but I wanna make sure I hit all my nutrition goals. I just throw a pack in my lunchbox and I’m off to work. The taste wasn’t bad, I thought it was OK, my husband was not a fan. I’m partial to anything gummy though! so I’m definitely happy with these! Thank you so much for this opportunity.

I got these for my husband who works out in the elements, doesn't have time for breakfast, and doesn't often make healthy food choices. I feel good about getting an organic gummy with supergreens and vitamins in him in the morning, and the benefits to the gut help too as he tends to have issues there. I've ate a pack myself wanting to taste them, and they are really good! The texture is great, soft & easy to chew, and they taste great too- it was hard not to grab a second pack! Keeping my husband healthy is important to me, so these are something I will probably continue keeping around for him, as they are easy to hand him a pack in the morning and he doesn't complain like when I try to give him regular vitamins. Win win!

These gummies taste delicious! The ingredients are healthy, and somehow it also feels like a treat when you’re eating them. That said, I couldn’t exactly tell whether or not the supplements made a big difference or not. They certainly didn’t hurt, plus the taste was good, so overall these are a win.

What I like:

- 5 g fiber per serving
- 6 g of a greens / superfood blend, containing spinach, kale, wheatgrass, barley grass, spirulina, chlorella, fruits and veggies, etc.
- 7 probiotic strains and inulin prebiotic
- digestive enzymes
- 0 g sugar / 30 calories
- Uses allulose and stevia rather than sugar
- USDA Organic vegan, dairy free, soy free, and gluten free
- individually wrapped, which makes them very convenient

The important distinction is that I wouldn’t consider these a substitute for eating vegetables or a comprehensive multivitamin. Think of it as a convenient nutritional add on.

The one thing I would watch with the Zena gummies is the ingredients list is very long so the possibility of an interaction with other medications or an allergy is higher.

Also because the product contains inulin + 5g fiber + probiotics, the user could experience gas, bloating or increased bowel movements initially, particularly if their fiber intake is low.

I’d view Zena as fiber, greens, prebiotic and bonus probiotics rather than a dedicated probiotic.

Bottom line: if you want something easy that you’ll actually take everyday, Zena’s Supergreens Gummies are for you. They’re a much more sensible gummy choice than sugary “greens” gummies, but they do not replace a good diet or targeted supplements of course.
