Bovine Colostrum & Collagen Powder

This is unflavored and easy to use. We add this to our diet for healthy skin, hair and nails. The taste is neutral milk powder so is very easy to mix with other drinks like coffees and smoothies. The container contains 3.7oz and has 30 servings (1 scoop each) for daily use. Excellent quality.

This supplement powder mix arrived on time and was well-packaged. As mentioned in my title, I feel this supplement powder mix is a good value for me. The powder is easily mixed in the many liquids I have throughout the day. I place some in my morning coffee, and for dinner, I have some in my juice. I feel this is a quality product because after a week of twice-a-day servings, I did notice the beginnings of a slight softness in my skin. I am a senior lady in my mid-70s, and for me, that is something I appreciate. I have had no negative reactions to this powder. At this point, I have not seen much of an appetite change, but I am still very pleased.

My wife has been taking collagen supplements every day for years. She has a rigid criteria for collagen powder but she takes it for the same reason most people do: digestion, skin health, healthy hair and nails. I can't say where her digestion is at these days but her skin and hair look downright amazing. Her skin is radiant, dewy and pretty much near flawless. She's said her skin has never looked this good. Her hair has always looked great and that hasn't changed. She breaks nails frequently but since she's a yoga instructor that's an 'occupational hazard' that supplements can't fix.

Her criteria for collagen powder is simple. She wants it to be legitimately flavorless. You'd be surprised how often powdered supplements that claim to be 'flavorless' have some type of distinct flavor. She also wants it to dissolve quickly and completely. She takes her collagen with her daily morning cappuccino and if she can taste a supplement in that--or if her coffee feels 'gritty' because the powder hasn't dissolved completely--it fails the test. I'm pleased to report that the Zena Nutrition collagen passed both tests in impressive fashion.

Like any supplement your experience could be different. At the very least, this is a quality product that the manufacturer has put great effort into making clean and safe. It is non-GMO, soy and gluten free and made from ethically sourced material with no sugar or additives. It's tested by a third party to make sure it's of high quality, purity and safety. The jar includes a 30 day supply and it's also sold in a liquid form. Recommended!

Arrived completely sealed on outside of container as well as sealed around interior ring. Lot number with expiration date is clearly printed and easy to see on bottom of container. I’ve included additional photos for you as well.

Wonderful product, but beware that the bottles are smaller than what you get at Costco but the same price.

This was recommended to me by a friend, and I have passed along to others. It really works well, and I have seen results already and I have not been taking it that long. I had some really ugly toenails that looked all flaky and split, and they have been like that for a long time. After only about two or three weeks of taking the collagen, they are completely smooth and healing and no longer look as if they are going to flake off. My friend had undergone chemo, causing all her hair to fall out, and after taking it for about three weeks, I can see definite positive changes in the thickness and length of her hair as it grows back.

I'm on the fence with this one. I think it probably works well as I feel like my nails are growing quickly since I started taking it, but the taste takes some getting used to. I also don't love that it needs to be refrigerated which makes it not something that I can travel with. I also can't keep it with my other vitamins which means sometimes I forget to take it (out of sight, out of mind.)
