Pure Colostrum Capsules

Item came really dirty and sticky.

A friend recommended it for my gut health, not the best tasting nut she says it works great!

You can tell when a brand tries to sell what amounts to instant powdered milk as "colostrum" because colostrum is an isolated, specific protein in milk that doesn't retain the same carbs and milk sugars that make instant milk sweet and easily dissolvable. So if you buy a powder labeled colostrum but it's sweet, milky, and dissolves easily, you're probably getting ripped off and are drinking very expensive instant milk.
Based on taste and mix-ability, this is actually colostrum and not just a cheap dairy product. It's not sweet, it clumps in liquids/gets "gummy" (but froths beautifully with a handheld blender), and seems to be concentrated colostrum.

I typically take colostrum via powder but it can be messy and inefficient to transport so I love the idea of capsules. I have UC so I have a hard time absorbing things (I love hair, my skin gets brittle, etc) but colostrum has made such a big difference for me. My hair and nails grow like crazy and my skin is noticeably clearer/healthier. Of all the colostrum supplements I’ve tried over the years, this one is just ok. The capsules do have added silicone dioxide which I definitely could’ve gone without. It says it’s made in the US and if you follow the QR code on the bottle the website also shows 3rd party lab testing. For colostrum, quality to me is particularly important to me so this product does seem to check out mostly.

I've tried and taken several colostrum supplements for the many wellness benefits including supporting a health gut and immune system. This Zena Nutrition branded colostrum I've found to be a quality clean product. It is unflavored, free of gluten, soy, sugar, sweeteners or additives. I am taking as suggested 1 or 2 scoops a day yielding 1000 or 2000mg of pure bovine colostrum. It's easy for me to mix it into a glass of cold water or beverage, my smoothie or stir it into a bowl of Greek yogurt. If you like you can choose to just easily dissolve a scoop or two right onto your tongue and drink it down with some liquid. I like that it is made here in the USA and is 3rd party tested for purity and potency. They indicate the bioactive compounds IgG is between 15-25% or about 150-250mg per scoop. Similar colostrum products IgG content vary as generally disclosed. Overall, this is worth your consideration for a clean, pure colostrum powder formula.

This supplement is soy free, gluten free & non gmo.

The capsules are easy to take & swallow with no aftertaste.

In the advertisement it says that this supplement is made in the USA, however, there is no indication on the bottle.

I'm not a fan that they added silicon dioxide as other ingredients.

It seems to be a pretty good brand but I might look for one that does not include any other ingredients.

This colostrum supplement is a very fine, white power. The texture is slightly silky. It has a very neutral taste which is good for adding to smoothies, which is what I plan to use it for. There is a lot of hype around this stuff these days; I can't comment on the health benefits one way or the other but it looks like it is safe to take as long as you're not lactose intolerant, obviously. So it won't hurt to try it out! I added one small scoop to our smoothies and the result was a creamier texture than before so I will keep using it

I have heard some buzz about bovine colostrum. Do your research, the claims are pretty great. Was excited to find this at amazon, at a reasonable price.
You get 30 servings (1 month supply) of 1000mg of pure unflavored bovine colostrum. The are made for a company out of Las Vegas, but not sure where this is made, that may be the only ding I have against it.
I mixed mine in with my protein shake, Couldn't taste it at all. Went down easy, no weird side effects.
Excited to see my gut health improve with this bovine colostrum.

I felt nothing after 4 weeks, even after doubling my dosage. you get this free with other zena products, but they are just padding their sales for this because its a nonstarter. When you look at the payment window before buying, there's a discount on the item you buy, and a discount on this, so it looks to their shareholders like people actually like this trash from their grandmother's cow udder.

Pleased with this formula.
Hair is growing again and my skin is healthy.

Seems to work.

I received it on time and have been taking it for a week. It helped with my ibs so far. The only con is that you have to blend it for a lot longer than my other powder supplements as it doesn’t desolve as fast. It’s only a minor inconvenience but I think it’s worth mentioning.
It is effective and doesn’t have a taste and barely has a texture once it’s blended properly. I put in in my coffee or my green juices.

I did like this colostrum but is clumped in my glass and was hard to stir out. But there was no taste and it did the job!

A very good product! I take it daily and even give it as gifts. I am a health enthusiast, and enjoy doing good things for my body. Of course, exercise is King!

Why’s not any information on pure Colostrum power such as the amount Carbs, calories and other ingredients. I have found it so unusual.

Didn't know colostrum was breast milk😯 However it works really well with my gut and digestive system! Definitely tastes like milk but I would 100% recommend if you has digestive/gut issues

Helped with my stomach issues. I was having pain in my abdomen and decided to see if this would help. That pain has subsided. I've only taken it for a week. Hopefully I'll get other results too.

Been using Zena for a month. Love it. Bought capsules form for my vacation.

These have a pretty neutral taste and seem like a quality product. They didn't have any negative digestive effects or give me more energy. I took them daily for a while and didn't have any negative or positive effects that I could see or feel.

Colostrum has so many amazing health benefits, be it in the powder or pill form. I take it every morning and love my powder mixure - I combine egg and honey, water and colostrum... so that's my favorite combo. This pills are easy to take and quite effective methinks, but don't give me that ritual experience of mixing things together for my morning drink

I mixed this with milk to feed to my cat who is having some issues. The product smelled great and mixed well. I like colostrum for all that it provides. This is high quality and I would order it again.

With a serving size of three capsules, each bottle lasts for a month. This is a fantastic way to enjoy the advantages of colostrum if you dislike powders or the mess and cleanup involved in mixing. It's also convenient to travel with. The USA is where it is made. The cost is reasonable compared to other items. I use it every day, and I haven't experienced any digestive or other difficulties.
